Perabet Terms and Conditions – Your Rights, Our Rules, Clearly Stated

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with Perabet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you (the player) and Perabet regarding your use of the platform. All three documents should be read together.

By completing account registration on Perabet, placing any bet, making any deposit or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You agree to be bound by them and all policies referenced within them.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

2. Account Registration

To use Perabet's real-money features, you must register an account. The following rules apply to all Perabet accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may register and maintain only one Perabet account. Using multiple accounts, regardless of the name, email address, device or payment method used, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information required. You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number. Perabet may request supporting documents to verify this information at any time.
• Account security is your responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Perabet login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Perabet will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the credentials were shared by you.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access. If you believe your Perabet account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support@perabet.world without delay.
• Account is non-transferable. Your Perabet account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

Perabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent, and to withhold any funds associated with such accounts pending investigation.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the Perabet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Perabet conducts age verification and will close any account where the holder is found to be under 18.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on Perabet or any sister platform affiliated with Perabet at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of Perabet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All Perabet transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

4.1Deposits. The minimum deposit on Perabet is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are credited to your Perabet wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to Perabet's verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional processing steps.

4.3Withdrawal Limits. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier. Limits are displayed in your account dashboard. Elite VIP members may request custom withdrawal limit reviews through their dedicated account manager.

4.4Verification Before Withdrawal. Perabet may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not indicative of any issue with your account.

4.5No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Perabet does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

• No fees are charged by Perabet on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — Perabet has no control over these.
• Deposit funds are held in a designated player account separate from Perabet operating funds.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Perabet. Specific rules for individual sports markets, games and tournaments are published within the relevant sections of the platform and should be read alongside these general terms.

5.1Bet Acceptance. A bet is considered accepted on Perabet only when you receive a confirmed bet reference number. Bets displayed in your bet history with a confirmed reference are binding. Perabet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a manifest error in pricing or a technical fault.

5.2Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed before bet placement. Perabet reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where betting patterns indicate systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

5.3Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: cancellation of a sporting event, clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical fault, or any situation where the outcome is determined before the bet was placed due to information asymmetry. Staked amounts on void bets are returned to your Perabet wallet.

5.4In-Play Betting. In-play bets on Perabet are subject to live odds that update in real time. Perabet operates a brief delay on in-play bet acceptance to prevent exploitation of information advantages. Bets not confirmed within the acceptance window are automatically returned.

5.5Aviator and Casino Games. For crash games including Aviator, the game outcome is determined by a provably fair algorithm. Results generated prior to your bet placement are final and cannot be disputed. The house edge for all casino-style games on Perabet is published in the respective game information section.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Perabet offers various bonuses, promotions and special offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all Perabet promotional offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6.1One Bonus Per Offer Per Player. Unless specifically stated, each promotional offer on Perabet is available once per registered player. Players found to be claiming multiple instances of the same offer via different accounts will have the bonus voided and may face account action.

6.2Wagering Requirements. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, the requirement and the eligible games will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Perabet's VIP cashback is issued as real balance without wagering requirements, unless specifically stated.

6.3Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated clearly in each promotion.

6.4Perabet Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. Perabet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already accepted it, the player's existing bonus will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of acceptance.

7. VIP Club Terms

The Perabet VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation is automatic from account registration. The following terms apply specifically to VIP Club membership:

• VIP points are awarded for real-money wagering activity on Perabet. Points rates by game type are published on the VIP Club page and may be adjusted by Perabet at any time with reasonable notice.
• Tier advancement occurs automatically when cumulative point thresholds are reached. Tier benefits activate immediately upon advancement.
• Tier maintenance may apply: accounts that are inactive (no real-money activity) for more than 90 consecutive days may have their tier reviewed and adjusted downward by one level.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the applicable weekly period and credited as withdrawable PKR balance to your Perabet wallet each Monday.
• Dedicated account manager services, available from Gold tier onwards, are provided during the account manager's stated working hours. Perabet aims to staff VIP management on a 24/7 basis but does not guarantee immediate response outside core hours for non-urgent matters.
• Perabet reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, points rates and tier benefits, giving reasonable advance notice to affected members.

8. Fair Play Policy

Perabet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Perabet platform:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, software bugs or technical faults in any Perabet product.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties to allow others to bet on your behalf.
• Exploiting latency in live data feeds to place in-play bets with a systematic information advantage over the platform's odds.

Perabet employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect fair play violations. Where a violation is identified, Perabet reserves the right to void affected bets, withhold winnings under investigation, suspend the account immediately and permanently ban the player from the platform in serious cases. Perabet's decisions on fair play matters are final.

9. Responsible Gaming

Perabet is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their activity. The following tools are available to all registered Perabet players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in your account settings. Limits activate immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after adjustment.
• Session Time Reminders: Set session duration notifications to alert you when you have been playing for your specified time.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from Perabet for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this period, you cannot log in or deposit.

• All personal data and financial information is encrypted using 256-bit SSL.
• Perabet does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Perabet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution or publication of any Perabet content without written permission.
• Use of the Perabet brand, logo or any proprietary material in any third-party website, application or communication.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of any Perabet software.
• Creating derivative works based on any Perabet content or software.

12. Limitation of Liability

Perabet provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, reliable service. However, Perabet does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond Perabet's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment systems, including Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank networks.
• Losses arising from your decision to bet or play on Perabet, including losses from sporting outcomes, game results or your own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your disclosure or inadequate protection of your login credentials.

Perabet's maximum liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from Perabet's fraud or wilful misconduct.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Either party may close a Perabet account at any time. The following terms apply:

13.1Closure by Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@perabet.world. Any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

13.2Suspension or Closure by Perabet. Perabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required verification, regulatory requirements, or behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

13.3Funds on Account Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Perabet may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player breach, verified balance will be returned to the player. Bonus funds are not returned on closure unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

Perabet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — changes that affect your rights or obligations as a player — Perabet will:

• Publish the updated terms at perabet.world/terms-conditions with the revision date clearly shown.
• Notify registered players via email to the address on file and via a notification banner on the platform.
• Allow a reasonable period (typically 14 days for material changes) before the new terms take effect for existing accounts.

Continued use of Perabet after the stated effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

Minor changes — such as clarifications that do not affect player rights, formatting corrections or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notification and take effect immediately.

Perabet's decisions on matters of bet settlement, game results and fair play determinations are final where those decisions are made in good faith in accordance with the platform's published rules.
